The Thrivent Choice program encourages benefit members to designate charitable grant funds to a charity or church.  Members make this designation by directing Choice Dollars that have been accumulated in a calendar year to enrolled nonprofit organizations, including churches.  You must be a benefit member of Thrivent. The deadline to designate funds accumulated for 2019 is March 31, 2020.

Contact information is:  Online--Thrivent.com, log in, then go to Choice Dollars. To designate the funds to Epiphany choose "Epiphany Lutheran Church", Woodbridge, Va. & follow the instructions.

Per phone:  Call 1-800-847-4836 & ask for Thrivent Choice. Tell the person that you want to designate your Choice Dollars to Epiphany Lutheran Church. This person can give you the amount you have accumulated as well as the date of deposit. Thrivent has Epiphany's checking acct information & will do direct deposit.  You can email Katie to let her know the amount of funds, when to expect it to show up in the checking acct & where you would like the funds to go to (such as general funds, a specific item or committee.)

Thrivent Action Teams make it easy to live generously.  Thrivent provides a customized kit of resources to kick-start a fundraiser, educational event or service project.  Your team provides the people power to bring it to life.  You must be a member of Thrivent. To use this benefit Thrivent will provide 2 events per year per person, $250, T-shirts for participants, a banner, and a kit to aid in setting up your project.  This can be used for feeding the homeless, clean ups, educational or music events, etc. and is easily set up online.  Please see Rhoda Kraig or Deb Hesebeck  if you would like to do a project or need more information.
